On Thursday, April 22, Active Minds sponsored the first College Mental Health Educational Briefing in the Rayburn Building on Capitol Hill, hosted by Rep. Grace Napolitano, Chair of the Congressional Mental Health Caucus. Speakers included Congressman Patrick Kennedy (D-RI), Director of National Institute of Mental Health Tom Insel, Associate Dean of Student Affairs at George Washington University Law School Renee Devigne, and Ithaca College senior Joe Fraioli.
