Theresa Esquerra is an LL.M. candidate at The
George Washington University Law School. Previously she received degrees from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and Harvard. She is researching the mental illness disclosure requirements on Moral Character and
Fitness applications for state bar admissions.

William Frese studies communications at Howard Community College. For his Emerging Scholars project he is organizing and running an Ultimate Frisbee Tournament at his school; William hopes to educate his peers about the relationship between physical activity and mental health and disseminate information on mental health organizations, programs and resources to his entire campus community. Mallory Gill is a senior at the
University of Maryland, College Park. Diagnosed with bipolar disorder at age 13, Mallory
is committed to helping others understand the effects of the illness. Mallory is researching conceptions of bipolar disorder and creating a webpage which communicates that mental illness does
not make a person unequal; it simply makes them different. Read more

gender studies minor at Bryn Mawr College.
