Can I choose to attend only certain sessions or events?
Yes, you choose which sessions and events to attend. We encourage you to go to as many as you can to get the full benefit of the conference.

Who can I contact If I need accessibility services?
We strive to host inclusive and accessible events that enable all individuals to engage fully. Our virtual event will include closed captions. If you are in need of ASL services, please reach out to caitlin@activeminds.org, so that we can work to accommodate your needs, particularly during the concurrent sessions.
What if I already made a hotel reservation at Capital Hilton?
If you already made hotel reservations through the Capital Hilton, please contact them directly to cancel your reservation.
