Active Minds Spirit Week is a nationwide call-to-action to advance Active Minds’ mission: to change the conversation about mental health. Each day of the week is dedicated to one of our five pillars that achieve that change: awareness, education, advocacy, connection, and community. Each day offers a combination of actions you and your community can take in support of each of these themes.

Who is Spirit Week for?
Anyone can plan and participate in Active Minds Spirit Week: individuals, families, workplaces, schools, and especially Active Minds Chapters. The toolkit includes an array of activities that you can pick to plan into your week.
When is Spirit Week?
In 2020, we are encouraging you to join us during the week of October 19 – 23.
Can’t make that work? Active Minds Spirit Week can be celebrated anytime!
How do I Participate in Spirit Week?
Each day we challenge you to complete one engagement activity and reach a suggested fundraising goal. Through these combined activities, you’ll provide a way for everyone to participate with you in changing the culture around mental health.
