Do you offer in-person presentations?
Active Minds is adhering to the public health recommendations of officials and regions through the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic. As travel and in-person activities become more accessible, Active Minds will move back into booking in-person events. Inquire for specific details based on your community’s needs and circumstances.
How far in advance should we confirm our date?
We recommend that you initiate planning at least 4-6 weeks in advance of your preferred date for virtual engagements and 6-8 weeks in advance of your preferred date for in-person engagements.
How many attendees can we invite to a webinar or meeting hosted by Active Minds?
– Meeting (participant video, microphone, and increased interaction capabilities): up to 100 – Webinar (no participant video, microphone, and limited interaction capabilities): up to 500 – For an additional fee, Active Minds can increase virtual attendance capacity. Inquire for details.
Will Active Minds host and moderate a virtual presentation (manage presentation logistics, introduce speaker, facilitate Q&A and chat, etc.)?
Yes, Active Minds can host the event on our company Zoom platform for an additional fee. We welcome the client to host on their own video platform, if they have access to one. We will work with the client to decide which platform is best.
How long are Active Minds @Work presentations?
A typical Active Minds @Work presentation is between 60-90 minutes long. Presentations will be tailored to fit the needs, schedules, and culture of your team.
