What does a marathon, bike ride, or endurance event have to do with mental health?

Our mental health movement requires sharing our mission to new audiences and reminding our communities that mental health matters. By bringing awareness and Team Active Minds to a race or event near you, you’re standing up and telling others that this cause is important to you.

Together we also get to turn fitness and physical endurance events into fundraising. Running, spinning, working out – any fitness activity you choose and enjoy is a chance to make an impact and raise awareness.
